Hittites

Leopold Messerschmidt on The Hittites

German Orientalist Heinrich Leopold Benno Messerschmidt became curator of the Berlin Museum in 1909, where he organised the Near Eastern Collections. This work on the Hittites was part of The Ancient East series, which aimed to present scholarly research in a brief and understandable manner.
